Inn Menu

Biscuits
Fresh baked each morning. Flaky, tender, melt in your mouth biscuits served with a dallop of butter.

Milk Gravy
Seasoned, thick milk gravy, the perfect compliment to any breakfast meal.

Porridge
Thick and hearty, this porridge is guaranteed to stick to your ribs in the morning.

Tarsk Bacon
Available on limited basis. Crispy, fried to perfection, savory bacon strips to accompany any breakfast meal.

Tarsk Sausage
Available on limited basis. Savory sausage, seasoned, in either links or patties, can also be cooked ground in milk gravy.

Berry Sa-Tarna Pancakes
Delicious pancakes coated in a rich syrup littered with the freshest berries.

Sa-Tarna Waffles
Waffles served with fruit, butter, and sweet syrup.

Vulo & Gant Eggs
Cooked any way that you desire. Fried, hard or soft boiled, lar torvis side up, poached, and scrambled.

Vulo or Gant Egg Omelette
A delightful blend of egg, cubes of tarsk ham, a special blend of cheeses both mild and sharp make this a treat for the morning. Served with cubed, fried sul bites, and sa-tarna toast.

Slave Gruel
Nourishing and fulfilling, this gruel is guaranteed to please the pallet of any hungry slave.

Stew
A hearty bowl filled with large chunks of seasoned meat; either bosk, fish, or cook's choice, cubes of carrots, sul wedges, peas, onions, a sprinkling of garlic and salt, all brought together by a rich and hearty gravy which will surely stick to your bones.

Ka-bobs
Skewers which contain bite size pieces of meat; bosk, gant, tarsk, tabuk, tumit, or vulo, seasoned with garlic and other assorted herbs, added to that is the most scrumptious slices of larma fruit, sauteed in the juices of the meat, and last but not least, thin slices of green pepper that were wedged between the meat and the fruit.

Meatballs
Ground meat; your choice of either bosk, tarsk, or tabuk, that has been fashioned in the form of small meatballs. Slowly cooked, seasoned with assorted herbs such as curry, garlic and ginger. A thin red sauce, slowly simmered, coats the meatballs, a sprinkling of parsley on top for garnish.

Open Faced Sandwich
Shredded meat; most often a variety of either bosk, gant, tarsk, tabuk, tumit, or vulo meats; served on two thick slices of bread, with a generous helping of mashed suls in the center of the plate, topped with seasoned gravy.

Sandwich
Sliced or shredded meat; most often a variety of either bosk, gant, tarsk, tabuk, tumit, or vulo meats, served on two slices of bread which can be toasted or grilled. Cheese is optional.

Soup
A rich, hearty stock base, seasoned to perfection with thick chunks of meat; most often a variety of either bosk, tarsk, tabuk, or vulo meats, with carrot cubes, sul wedges, and peas.

Steaks
Thick and juicy cuts of bosk steaks, sprinkled with a generous amount of fat which marbles the meat, cooked just the way you like it; rare -bloody and still mooing, medium rare -still slightly pink in the
center, well done -burnt to a crisp, or any other way in between, please make sure to specify your preference when ordering.

Meat Loaf
Small loaves of seasoned ground bosk and tarsk meat, with sa-tarna bread crumbs, onions, chunks of tomatoes all blended together and baked to perfection.

Ribs
Choice select racks of ribs; most often a variety of either bosk, tarsk or tabuk meats, which have been meticulously grilled, seasoned, and then slathered with a sweet and tangy red sauce.

Shepherd's Pie
Fluffy mashed suls crown this delicious dish which includes large chunks of seasoned meat; either bosk, gant, tarsk, tabuk, tumit, or vulo, diced carrots, celery, corn, diced onions, all blended together with a thick cream soup and baked to perfection, served steaming hot to you.

Fried, Grilled, or Baked Gant, Tumit, & Vulo
Seasoned pieces of your choice of gant, tumit, or vulo which have been prepared to perfection.

Stuffed Gant, Tumit, & Vulo
Boneless and skinless, pan-fried and breaded gant, tumit, or vulo breasts filled with a seasoned sa-tarna stuffing with onions and peppers with ground tarsk meat and shredded cheese.

Gant, Tumit, & Vulo Wings
Beware! These are not for the faint of heart and the tender of tongue. These gant, tumit, or vulo wings offer a major bite back and then some for they are slathered in a smoked red pepper glazed sauce. Served with a blu-cheese dipping sauce.

Red Beans & Rice
Smoked tarsk sausage, cut into thin slices, with chunks of grill tabuk meat, served with a generous helping of red beans and rice and a blend of peppers, diced onions, and hot and tangy spices.

Tarsk Chops
Braised in butter, these tarsk chops are seasoned with rosemary, garlic, and thyme, then stuffed with a sage sa-tarna dressing.

Stuffed Loin of Tarsk
Tarsk loin which has been stuffed with a dressing made of sa-tarna bread, olives from Tor, chives, garlic, diced onions, sage, and thyme. Served with seasoned gravy.

Rack of Roasted Tabuk
Succulent, juicy slices of tabuk meat which has been slow roasted and seasoned to perfection. So tender that a knife is not needed to cut it.

Fish Cakes
A half and half combination of fish and mashed suls that is a tasty treat for the palette.

Batter Fried Fish
Thick pieces of fish which have been dipped in a specially seasoned batter then dipped into bubbling hot oil to cook to perfection.

Baked or Grilled Tospit Pepper Fish
Lightly seasoned filet of fish, served on a bed of wild rence.

Gravy
The perfect compliment to any meal, any time of the day, thick seasoned gravy.

Katch Salad
Served with vinegrette dressing, shredded cheese, and cubed chunks of meat, thinly sliced carrots and cabbage, chopped hard boiled gant eggs.

Sa-Tarna Bread
Fresh baked wedges of sa-tarna bread, glossy with a fine sheen of butter that has been painted on the top of them. Served with a side of butter and a small dish of honey for dipping.

Black wine -on limited basis, juice -larma, ramberry, redfruit, grape, and a mixed variety of those juices on stock, kal-da, milk, paga, sul-paga, tea -small variety of leaves, water, wine -assortment of affordable locally brewed wines {date, peach, pomegranate, ramberry, and redfruit}, palm wine, and a few bottles of ka-la-na.
